Walker Companies offers a 100% refund or product replacement for defective items.
Should a product be defective in any way, simply contact us via email at info@walkercompanies.com for a Return Authorization number. After you contact us, we will send you a return package.
Please
note that we will not accept a return without prior authorization, a
copy of the original invoice, and a note explaining the reason for
return. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns. Any
unauthorized return will be shipped back at the owner's expense or
refused. After we receive the defective item, we will gladly replace it
or offer a full refund.
Damaged shipments should be
reported to the appropriate carrier immediately for proper claim
handling. All other defective merchandise must be returned directly to
the appropriate manufacturer for warranty replacement or repair.
Please
note that if an order is cancelled after 24 hours of credit card
processing, you will incur a 20% restocking fee. The same fee applies to
any item that is customized or Special Ordered and canceled.
Merchandise which has been used, altered, or installed will void any
return privileges. Merchandise must be in the condition received, in
order to qualify for return.
