Here's how it works!
We will email you a set of essential forms with easy-to-follow instructions that you MUST complete and return to us via email, fax, mail or in person. We will submit your application to the Secretary of State and you will be notified with the location for you to appear for your background check and finger printing. This background MUST be completed within 2 weeks of your application or your application will be cancelled. Once the Secretary of State approves your commission, we begin producing and shipping your supplies as soon as possible.
